This is one of the few foreign posters that apparently is being printed in multiple sizes. This style comes in the following sizes:

2 foglio - standard size of 39 x 55 (still quite large), comes folded.

4 foglio - 55 x 78 inches (comes in two pieces)

Locandina - 13 x 27 inches

Of note, the Italian poster also is the first poster from Mulholland Drive to be reprinted. The style has been reprinted in a 26 5/8 x 38 1/2 inch format. It is a very high quality reprint and serves the US population well as it fits nicely into US one-sheet frames. However, this size is indeed a reprint and has limited collectibility.
