Roger Ebert has (with the striking exception of Mulholland Drive) never been much of a fan of David Lynch.

Lost Highway was no exception.

True to form, the "Two Thumbs Down" review was turned into an advertisement. However, I am still uncertain where or in what format this advertisement was made.

Anyone have a date, publication, etc?
