Photobustas are the Italian equivilent of US Lobby cards, though they are quite large. Each is very hard to come by, and a complete set is extremely rare.

The benefit of the photobustas is that it shows images/characthers that do not appear on any other poster.

While photobustas with the red background have been circulating for years, I recently came across photobustas with black backgrounds and a different style of text.
