The "Hair" style artwork is done by Cecchini. It has also been referred to as the "knife" style because of the image of the knife in the background

The hair style also comes in the other two Italian sizes, a smaller locandina (13 x 28) and a very large 4 foglio (55 x 78"). Price generally goes up with increasing size
