The Italian poster follows after several other countries by using yellow in the text for a brighter poster with more contrast.

I have found two different styles of Italian posters - one image for the 2 foglio (shown to the left) and the more standard image on the locandina and 4 foglio.

This would be very rare to have different styles for different sizes. I suspect there is both an A style (used by the locandina and 4 foglio) and a B style or re-release style which is shown on the 2 foglio to the left.
