One of the many local re-releases of the film, this poster is from the 1983 California re-release. While not as valuable as an original 1978 release, this IS an authentic original movie poster and is very vaulable.

Notice the thin style text preferred by Lynch, the lack of forehead and chin lines. (Click here for more info.)

Most important however if the addition of "Corinth Films Presents.." at the bottom of the poster, indicating that it is not the original release poster.
