A true Quad from the re-release of the film in 1990 (?). Please note that the image is a photo of an original Quad on a wood wall. The words "The Film By DAVID LYNCH" appear at the top. Very unique and rare, much more valuable than a reprint.

There are actually three different type of Quads: the original, a re-release, and a reprint. The reprint is worth only a fraction of the amount of the original. The only way to tell these two apart is by size (see below). The reprint is smaller by a inch or so while the original is a true 40 x 30 inches.
