A very poor scan of a new style of poster that I can not identify. The look of it suggests an English commercial print of some kind.

Initially, a Lynch collector in France told me this image comes from the recent re-release from the film in France, and is in fact a French Grande.

The French re-release poster does indeed have this style:

However, the unknown poster has English text and doesn't have the fold lines of a typical Grande.

Any help?
