Extremely rare, newly discovered "B" or "review" style of US one sheet. I've been collecting Blue Velvet posters for 11 years and never even knew this poster existed until recently.

Additional reviews at the top of the poster ("..an eerie and erotic treat..."), as well as the monochrome coloring makes this a very unusual and rare poster.

I've only ever seen this single copy.
