Photobustas are unique to Italian film memorabilia, similar to US lobby cards. They come in a set of 6 and a complete set is extremely hard to find. A complete set shows a great compilation of images from the film - artwork often not available on any other poster..

Of note is photobusta # 3 which shows the deleted pool table scene for which the Italian Pool Table style was derived.
